WEEK 15 - MOCK EXAMINATION (18 APRIL - 22 APRIL 2011)
On this very final week of Fundamental English class for the January 2011 semester, there was no class held on Tuesday (19 Apr) because Mdm. Alia had some important matters to attend to on that day (this was already informed on Week 14, the previous week). This can be considered a sort of blessing in disguise because it gave all the students of the class some time to revise for the mock exam which will be held on Thursday (21 Apr).
And so on Wednesday, the mock exam took place. All students were given about 1hr 30mins to complete the question paper given. Once the exam is complete, all students exchanged each others question paper for checking.
When checking was complete, all question papers were handed in to Mdm. Alia for a full evaluation. By that time class had almost ended. It was then revealed that this Thursday class was the final Fundamental English class for the January 2011 semester. Mdm. Alia then thanked all the students for their hard work and cooperation throughout the entire semester of Fundamental English class has taken place. Mdm. Alia also gave a few pointers relating to answering the final examination paper and wish all best of luck for it.
The DeadMouse Group would like to thank Mdm. Alia for her efforts in teaching us all throughout this entire semester of Fundamental English class. Without it the DeadMouse group and the rest of the class wouldn't have gained some improvement in mastering the English language. WEEK 14 - PRESENTATION OF SUMMARY SKILL
Mdm. Alia gave a review on summary writing with the notes she had provided on the previous week. Once she has completed with her explanation, all groups are required to create a mind map using three sheets of A3 sized papers combined together relating to the topic in hand. When all groups had finished with their mind maps the mind maps were sticked onto the classroom's wall, waiting to be presented.
WEEK 11 - SUMMARY SKILL
Madam Alia gave a notes about how to write summary and skill that needs for writing a good summary. madam request all group to create a mind map about summary writing and have to presented .
WEEK 10~"Based On True Story" - Leny
One day,she plan to suicide because she can't take it anymore.At a very critical moment when she want to step down from a high building,a very bright light attack her.When she open her eyes,she saw a man with a gigantic wings and she fell unconscious.When she awake,she was laying on soft green grass with a fresh smell.she's open her eyes wondering how can she laying on a beautiful park she never seen before.She think she's dead right now,but a man voice whispering to her,answering her question,"you're not yet dead, I've brought you here",she pull aside, a handsome man smile at her said "hi,i'm an angle".After that she ran off after saw this man.When she running suddenly this man appear in front of her.She very afraid this time.Need a help but nobody listen to her.Suddenly she saw a light open at the one flower.She very interested to know what happen.She came and see that flower.She try to plug that flower but unfortunately it hardest to her.She try and try to pick this flower and then she success to pick the flower Amazing!.Suddenly when she hold this flower,that flower become withered.She's shock! oh my god!.One the human touch that flower,it can know the human's feeling.It change follow the human feeling.If the human is happy,the flower become beautiful and if the human is so sad,the flower will be withered.She think why that flower follow the human feeling?She try to solve and try to find solution.After 30 minutes,she got an answer. She know that her family need to help,need to save,need to preventing,even though they have the problem,they must stay together to overcome this problem as one.Same like flower,she very thankful to that flower because he is aware of the new offense.She promised herself she would change.I would change!said leny...
All of sudden a light appeared in front of her,light that seemed to call her.She went towards the light.Oh no!where am i?Apparently she was in the operating room.She almost died from stress.She regretted that behavior.She was trying to be strong and want to redeem the mistakes.She did.She could only pray and trust in god.She survived.God has accepted her prayer.All the family was relieved and happy.She also promised that she would keep and take care of her mother and her family.

WEEK 6: PREFIXES AND SUFFIXES
On Wednesday, 23rd February 2011, our group presented about a Prefixes and Suffixes. So we hope another group can give a positive comment in order we can improved for the next presentation.
